Philip Cropp, Managing DirectorPhlip is a third generation beekeeper entering the family business in 1972. Since then, Philip has overseen the beekeeping, factory and marketing operations as the company has grown from producing honey for the domestic market to a firm diversifying into dietary supplements and cosmetics. Philip is a director and owner of the United Kingdom sister company, Nectar Ease UK Ltd. Philip's accidental discovery of the therapeutic effect of increased bee venom in honey led to the development of the Nectar Ease range. Company growth has required a team of experienced people with responsibility for distinct operational areas, yet when required, support other team members in various operational requirements. Jun Lu, Sales and MarketingNelson Honey welcomes Jun to the team. Jun Lu has a background in Sales and Marketing both in NZ and China. She is fluent in English and Mandarin. As a fully qualified aircraft engineer he brings an innovative and practical approach to the production team.
